A New announcement


So, if you're here (and read the previous devlog), you would know that this project is a little dormant. But I've been thinking for a while, been making other game projects, and overall just doing other things before I realized what I should do. This game, without a doubt up until now, is dead, I've given up on the idea entirely and would just have it here as a cute project, but I've noticed something about the game, it's more fun to know how to play. So this game is about not having a tutorial, that's why I created it after all, but one of my friends played the game and asked for help, I told them after failing multiple times how to get through a certain level, with that knowledge, they actually got very far, and even got near the boss battle room (yes, there's a boss battle, but no one ever got to it and it was a slideshow of lag). And whoever got to the boss battle, congrats. But the entire mechanic of the game was how it drove a lot of people away from the game, not many people liked how inaccessible the game's idea was, it wasn't hard, it was just punishing. And only now have I realized that this was it's problem. SO! To do something about that, I'm going to continue to work on the project, but it's hook won't be it's mechanics, it will be it's unexpectedness, story, and art style, it will be a different game, and I hope a fun one, I will post a tutorial of the movement in the description and will do new devlogs on the progress of this game.
